Many of our customers what happens if they have a roof leak while having Icynene Spray Foam applied to the underside of the roof. Well, the answer is this: Icynene has among the best hyrdophobic properties to displace bulk water in a small vicinity of where the roof leak is. Icynene allows for early detection and will completely dry and return back to its full R value. The roof can be repaired accordingly from the exterior, without boards rotting.
